Furniture designer and chartered ergonomist, Jim Taylour has worked in the office furniture industry for over 35 years, both in a specialised occupational health capacity and in mainstream workplace and education design leadership and research.
Jim chairs the CIEHF special interest group on workplace design, is an advocate for children’s ergonomics and works alongside FIRA to help develop standards and encourage best practise.
With work being increasingly defined as what we do rather than where we do it, Jim continues to explore how original thinking and innovative design can connect people in more inclusive, productive and healthy ways.
Lucy Chisholm

Co-founder/Head of Consultancy
Lucy Chisholm studied biological science and gained a masters in ergonomics and workplace design. With a broad career in human factors consultancy working in rehabilitation, defence and transport, Lucy later set up and ran a user lab and integrated HF unit for a large European telecoms company.
Lucy’s training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, her late diagnosis of dyslexia and the lived experience as a parent of children with neurodiverse needs, Lucy has a refreshing and empathetic approach to workplace design and assessments.
